1 large handful baby spinach
½ ripe avocado
1 frozen banana
200ml unsweetened almond milk
30g vanilla protein powder
1 tsp spirulina powder (optional)
ice cubes to preference

Method

Add spinach and almond milk to blender first — blending greens with liquid first prevents lumps.

Add avocado, frozen banana and protein powder.

Add spirulina if using (adds nutrients, minimal taste change).
