A satisfying, sweet snack with 10g protein per piece. Keeps in the freezer for a month — great for when you need something sweet.
Melt dark chocolate in a bowl over hot water (or 60-second bursts in the microwave, stirring between each).
Mix protein powder into Greek yoghurt until smooth.
Stir the yoghurt mixture into the melted chocolate. Work quickly as it will begin to set.
Pour onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread to about 5mm thick.
Drizzle almond butter over the top in zigzag lines. Scatter seeds, dried fruit, and sea salt flakes.
Freeze for 1 hour until set solid. Break into 8 pieces and store in the freezer.
Eating from the freezer keeps the pieces firm and adds a satisfying snap. Let each piece sit for 2 minutes before eating.
